These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, services, and content provided by The Candid Shoot. By booking a shoot, using our website, or engaging with us through any medium, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Definitions

“Client” refers to any individual or organization engaging The Candid Shoot for photography services.
“We”, “Our”, “Us” refers to The Candid Shoot and its team.
“Session” refers to the scheduled photography appointment.
“Deliverables” refer to final images, videos, or products shared post-session.

2. Booking & Payments

All sessions are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable booking deposit.
Remaining balances must be cleared before or on the shoot day, unless otherwise discussed.
Payments may be made via UPI, credit card, bank transfer, or approved platforms (e.g., Razorpay).

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must notify at least 72 hours in advance for cancellations or reschedules.
Reschedules are allowed only once and subject to photographer availability.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be adjusted for future bookings within 90 days.

4. Session Expectations

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Delays may reduce shoot duration.
Final image count varies based on package, lighting, and shoot complexity.
We recommend sharing wardrobe, props, and style inspirations in advance.

5. Image Usage & Rights

The Candid Shoot retains copyright over all images unless otherwise agreed.
Clients receive personal usage rights for printing, sharing, and personal portfolios.
Images may be featured on our website, portfolio, or social media (unless you opt out in writing before the shoot).

6. Delivery Timeline

Edited photos are delivered within 15 working days (standard) or 5 days (expedited option, chargeable).
Albums and printed products require 10–21 days post-final selection.
All digital files are shared via secure downloadable links or USB (if purchased).

7. Limitations & Liability

While we aim to deliver perfection, we’re not responsible for:
- Delayed access to outdoor locations
- Weather conditions affecting shoot style
- Wardrobe malfunctions
- Acts beyond our control (natural calamities, emergencies)
In case of equipment failure or unforeseen cancellations on our part, the client is entitled to a full refund or reschedule.

8. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive shoot environment. Any form of abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate termination of the session without refund.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect service updates or legal compliance. All revisions will be reflected on this page.
